The Scenario –

Techspace are a technology first co-working space, rapidly expanding in London and other major EU cities. They provide dedicated and flexi workspace along with meeting space available to rent both for flexispace members and external clients. These rooms are of varying size (typically between 4 and 12 persons) and comprised of differing furniture & wall compositions. Techspace were interested in a unified solution, in order to deliver a consistent experience throughout all their meeting spaces, but without compromise on acoustics, audio quality or user experience.

The Solution –

IWP designed, procured and installed Logitech Rally AV systems throughout. Rally is designed to accommodate all different sizes of meeting rooms with their Mini, Rally and Rally Plus systems, ensuring excellent audio quality, camera range and microphone pickup in all scenarios. Furthermore, these systems are fully agnostic, working perfectly with Google Meet, Microsoft Teams and Zoom, ensuring that no matter the preference of software between clients and members, there is a meeting solution available in any room they choose.

To avoid cable clutter, clunky HDMI adapters and to empower BYOD, a Logitech Swytch was installed in each room. Connected via either USB-A or USB-C (with integrated charging) users can join meetings and share content easily from their own devices, including full motion video & audio.

The Outcome –

The newly refreshed meeting rooms at Techspace are standardising the meeting room experience across all of their sites. This consistency is leading to regular positive client feedback, an uptick in repeat bookings and increased willingness from permanent space members to collaborate within these areas. Furthermore, the familiarity, reliability and overhauled simplicity of the meeting room configurations has reduced the number of tech and IT related issues experienced by users, reducing the strain on Techspace’s in-house IT team.
